Ahi with our hottest Aioli sauce called Fire.  We use sriracha spicy sauce and then kick the heat way up by adding our own Hawaiian Fire Water.   The Hawaiian Fire Water is just as hot as chili's with oil, but since there is no oil the heat doesn't linger or overwhelm.  You get the furnace blast and then it mellows.  Not for the timid.  Beware this is very hot!
